About Palladium Shift
Palladium Shift was founded by Jenny Worner in 2018.

Jenny has an Honors degree in Occupational Therapy and worked in numerous hospitals, specialising in psychiatric rehabilitation. In addition, she has an MBA (Cum Laude, Top 10 Achiever and recipient of the Director’s Award) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
As an entrepreneur, she successfully launched Karkloof Spa which won numerous prestigious tourism awards.
Jenny has suffered her fair share of life’s tragedies.
But she never allowed the darkness to consume her. Instead, she leant into the pain and sought out the best tools from globally renown leadership academies in her quest to keep climbing and to focus on the silver lining (which is very often only discovered in hindsight)

As her mind was liberated and as she began to rebuild new and stronger foundations, she realized these tools didn’t need to be the sole domain of those who had suffered.
They could be used to unleash untapped potential in individuals and teams which would ultimately drive better business results.

After more than a decade of studying and coaching leadership locally and abroad and having conducted trainings in both the USA and Australia, Jenny is armed with an enviable repertoire of international training tools which can be customized to meet specific business needs.
